All our suits are unstitched, allowing you to get them tailored according to your preferred size and style. Soon, we shall start offering stitched suits also.

Yes. We offer shipping across India on a To-Pay basis. Courier charges are payable directly to the courier service at the time of delivery at the actual applicable amount.

Once your order is shipped, the courier docket/tracking number will be shared with you through WhatsApp and/or email.

We accept payments through Paytm UPI using the available QR-based payment option. Soon Razorpay shall also be added.

Yes. An order can be cancelled before it is shipped by contacting us through direct Call or WhatsApp. Cancellation is not possible once the order has been shipped.

Aastha Collection generally follows a No Refund / No Exchange Policy. An exception may be considered if the product delivered is defective, subject to our Refund & Returns Policy.

Please contact us within 2 days of delivery. An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for the defective-product claim to be considered.

The customer will bear the actual courier charges for sending the defective product from their location to our Delhi store.

Once the defective product is received at our Delhi store and the claim is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days through the available payment/refund method.
